Somos uma unidade de beneficiamento e tratamento preservativo de madeiras de florestas plantadas, em Curitibanos, Santa Catarina. Nasceu de uma trajetória de 20 anos no ramo — tempo suficiente para aprender que madeira boa não é a mais barata nem a mais cara: é a que chega certa.

Madeira que nasce
para ser cortada
Trabalhamos exclusivamente com pinus e eucalipto de floresta plantada — árvores cultivadas para isso, em ciclo renovável. Nenhuma madeira nativa entra na nossa produção.
O pinus recebe melhor o tratamento e por isso é a base das linhas Estrutural e Superfícies. O eucalipto, mais denso, sustenta os postes da linha Agro.

Nossa autoclave submete a madeira a ciclos de vácuo e pressão que levam o CCA até o miolo da peça. É o que separa madeira tratada de madeira pintada de verde — e o que faz a diferença aparecer no quinto ano, não no primeiro.
Antes disso, cada peça é aplainada nas quatro faces e conferida. Todas as peças do lote saem iguais, com o mesmo acabamento.
